IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS 2020 SHIPPING INFORMATION - Please note that DPD have temporarily suspended any 'Premium' shipping guarantees (pre-Noon and pre-10:30am) from 23rd November 2020 to 3rd Jan 2021 - this is due to the huge increase in parcel traffic in the system at this time of year. You can still select one of these options if you wish but we cannot guarantee delivery before the time specified. To avoid disappointment we would recommend just going with the standard 1 or 2 day delivery option. If you do select one of the premium options and if it does not arrive in time, please let us know and we will refund the shipping surcharge.
Royal Mail have not officially announced any restrictions on premium services, but please be aware Royal Mail also experience a huge increase in parcel numbers over the Christmas period which will have a impact on the estimated delivery times. If you require an item urgently we would recommend selecting "DPD Next Business Day" as the shipping option (please note that DPD pre Noon and pre 10:30am services cannot be guaranteed at the moment).
On behalf of DPD and Royal Mail we apologise for the inconvenience caused by any shipping delays, but please rest assured this does not affect how we dispatch orders ourselves - any order placed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) before 2pm (11am for pallets) will be dispatched the same day wherever possible. If an order is placed after 2pm, or on a weekend / bank holiday then it will be dispatched the following working day.

Here at ticktech.com, we appreciate getting the items you ordered quickly, that's why any order placed Monday - Friday before 2pm (11am for pallets) will usually ship the same day. Standard shipping within the UK is free, so no surprise shipping charges just before you pay! Delivery upgrades for a faster service are also available for a small additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE - Orders are NOT shipped out on Weekends or Bank Holidays. If your order is placed on a Weekend or Bank Holiday, or after 2pm on a normal working day, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Courier deliveries operate on a Monday to Friday basis, we can arrange for orders to be delivered on a Weekend but this will be subject to additional charges, please contact us before placing your order if you require a weekend delivery.
Small and Light lower value items are shipped via Royal Mail 48 service (2-3 days normally but may take up to 5 days for offshore and remote areas). Upgrades to Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) are available for a small surcharge.
Larger, Heavier and Higher Value items will be shipped via DPD on a fully tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. Please Note that any items over 30KG cannot be shipped to the Scottish Highlands or offshore sorry, we can arrange for shipment of heavy items to these areas but it would be on a pallet and subject to additional charges.
Any very large and heavy orders will be shipped on a pallet for safety. If you have any access issues for larger vehicles, please make us aware when you place your order. Our pallet shipping cut-off time is 11am for same day dispatch.
Because we deal with a lot of box damaged goods, wherever possible we will always pack the item inside an additional box or extra packaging to ensure it gets to you in once piece.
Since we try to do our bit for the environment, on occasion we also reuse decent boxes to ship goods in. So if you're expecting a PC but you get a Microwave box handed to you, please take a peek inside as the item you ordered should be there!
Please keep hold of any packaging that the item comes in until you are happy that you want to keep the product. If you need to return it for any reason, it's always handy to have the box to send it back in.
If you are local to us in Shropshire, or need an item urgently, we are happy to accept collections by appointment once payment has been made. Please just get in touch with us when you are about to place your order, or shortly after placing your order, and we will keep it to one side for you ready to be picked up.
Currently, the website is not set up to accept international orders sorry. However, we are happy to ship most lower value items internationally so please contact us for more information.

16/03/2020 - With the situation in the UK changing rapidly at the moment regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak, there may be a point at which it affects our shipping services and our ability to ship goods out every week day like we currently do.
At the moment we are keeping on top of all orders and shipping them on time but should we or the couriers / Royal Mail suffer staffing issues, or if the UK goes in to a mandatory shutdown to contain the virus, this will have a drastic impact on our ability to fulfil orders on time.
For the time being we will still do our very best to ship out any order placed before 2pm Monday-Friday on the same day, but please note there may be a 1 day delay for some larger orders placed close to the shipping cut-off time of 2pm.
Orders will be shipped on a first come - first served basis. The earlier in the day you can place your order, the better chance of us being able to ship it the same working day.
Should we not be able to ship any orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday on that same day, we will contact the buyer as soon as we can to let them know and advise them of the actual estimated delivery date.
19/03/2020 - Royal Mail have today announced their Special Delivery services can no longer be Guaranteed until the COVID-19 outbreak subsides and things return to normality. Most items sent Royal Mail Special Delivery should still arrive on time, but the service is not currently guaranteed. As of today, the courier and pallet services are still coping OK but this may change without prior notice, we will update this page as soon as we are aware of any changes to this.
24/03/2020 - Following the announcement by Boris Johnson last night effectively putting the UK on 'lockdown' - whilst we are not classed as an 'Critical' business - we are an online retailer which the Government have encouraged to continue provided social distancing rules are followed. We have been and will continue to follow all Social Distancing rules whilst we operate, and taking extra precautions when receiving deliveries and shipping orders out. For the time being the Courier services and Royal Mail are still functioning OK so we are still able to ship orders as normal and in a timely fashion. 30/03/2020 - Potential Delays with Royal Mail - We have noticed a slight increase in the number of delays on some Royal Mail deliveries. It appears staff shortages in some areas are causing delays of 1-2 additional days at the moment. Most items are still being delivered in the usual timeframe but please be aware that orders shipped via Royal Mail may take a little longer to get to you. If any customers require an order urgently, we would recommend selecting one of the DPD shipping options in the checkout process as DPD still currently seem to be delivering most orders on time. 20/04/2020 - Recurring Delays with Royal Mail - Unfortunately Royal Mail are still struggling with staff shortages in some areas which is causing delays of 2-3 additional days. The backlog caused by the Easter Bank Holiday weekend has also exacerbated the problem. Most items are still being delivered in the usual timeframe but please be aware that some orders shipped via Royal Mail are likely to take a little longer to get to you (up to 7-8 working days in a few cases). If any customers require an order urgently, we would recommend selecting one of the DPD shipping options in the checkout as DPD still currently seem to be delivering most orders on time. 15/05/2020 - Reduction in Royal Mail Delays - Royal Mail are gradually getting back on-track with their delivery times. There are still a few delays in the system but most items are now arriving on time. They are still at full capacity due to staff shotages so this current status may change at short notice but for the last week or so things have been running OK. If any customers require an order urgently, we would still recommend selecting one of the DPD shipping options in the checkout as DPD are currently delivering the vast majority of orders on time. 19/06/2020 - Getting back to normal - There have been minimal delays reported for Royal Mail deliveries in the last couple of weeks and our local sorting office are now doing collections & deliveries as originally scheduled before the lock-down. Although we can't guarantee there are no delays in the system in some areas, the risk of delayed deliveries is now low and most orders will be delivered on time regardless of the shipping method chosen. We will continue to monitor the situation but for the time being deliveries are pretty much back to normal now. Please continue to check here for any future updates should the situation change such as a 'second spike' in cases for the UK.
We would also like to remind customers that the shipping cut-off time for Pallets is 11am Monday-Friday. DPD and Royal Mail cut-off time is 2pm Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after these cut-off times may not ship until the next working day. Orders are NOT shipped out on Weekends or Bank Holidays. Courier deliveries operate on a Monday to Friday basis, we can arrange for weekend deliveries but this will be subject to additional charges, please contact us for more information if you require a weekend delivery.
