Here at ticktech.com, we appreciate getting the items you ordered quickly, that's why any order placed Monday - Friday before 2pm (11am for pallets) will usually ship the same day. Standard shipping within the UK is free, so no surprise shipping charges just before you pay! Delivery upgrades for a faster service are also available for a small additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are NOT shipped out on Weekends or Bank Holidays. If your order is placed on a Weekend or Bank Holiday, or after 2pm on a normal working day, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Courier deliveries operate on a Monday to Friday basis, we can arrange for orders to be delivered on a Weekend but this will be subject to additional charges, please contact us before placing your order if you require a weekend delivery.
Small and Light lower value items are shipped via Royal Mail 48 service (2-3 days normally but may take up to 5 days for offshore and remote areas). Upgrades to Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) are available for a small surcharge.
Larger, Heavier and Higher Value items will be shipped via DPD on a fully tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. Please Note that any items over 30KG cannot be shipped to the Scottish Highlands or offshore sorry, we can arrange for shipment of heavy items to these areas but it would be on a pallet and subject to additional charges.
Any very large and heavy orders will be shipped on a pallet for safety. If you have any access issues for larger vehicles, please make us aware when you place your order. Our pallet shipping cut-off time is 11am for same day dispatch.
Because we deal with a lot of box damaged goods, wherever possible we will always pack the item inside an additional box or extra packaging to ensure it gets to you in once piece.
Since we try to do our bit for the environment, on occasion we also reuse decent boxes to ship goods in. So if you're expecting a PC but you get a Microwave box handed to you, please take a peek inside as the item you ordered should be there!
Please keep hold of any packaging that the item comes in until you are happy that you want to keep the product. If you need to return it for any reason, it's always handy to have the box to send it back in.
If you are local to us in Shropshire, or need an item urgently, we are happy to accept collections by appointment once payment has been made. Please just get in touch with us when you are about to place your order, or shortly after placing your order, and we will keep it to one side for you ready to be picked up.
Currently, the website is not set up to accept international orders sorry. However, we are happy to ship most lower value items internationally so please contact us for more information.
