If you have a problem with an item you bought from us, or you've simply changed your mind about your purchase, please send an email to help@ticktech.com with your order information and a description of your issue and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our warranty and returns policy is as follows...

All goods (with a few exceptions noted below) are supplied with a no quibble 30 day return policy. If the item is not as described, develops a fault, or you simply changed your mind, we will have it back for a full refund (or replacement if preferred and available). This 30 day period starts from the date of your order.

Any items returned due to a 'change of mind' must be in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all original accessories and all of the original packaging. Buyers would be responsible for any shipping costs, but a full refund of the item price will be applied when returned. There will be no restocking fees provided the item is returned to us complete and undamaged.

Unfortunately, there are a few items which are excluded from a 'Change of Mind' return. These would be any items which have been customised specifically for a customer or any of the following categories if they have been unpacked and/or used:

  • Any Health and Hygiene products such as (or similar):
    • Fitness Bands
    • In Ear Headphones
    • In Ear Telephone Headsets
    • Medical Equipment
  • Any 'Consumable' product such as (or similar):
    • Batteries
    • Data Tapes
    • Cleaning Tapes
    • Other Blank Media
    • Toner / Ink Cartridges
    • Rolls / Reams of Paper
    • Camera Film
    • Projector Lamps
  • Any Licensed Product, or a Product shipped with a licensed accessory such as (or similar):
    • Software (including Anti-Virus)
    • User Licenses
    • Extended Warranties
    • Download Codes

Any items which develop a fault or arrive 'not as described' within the first 30 days will be replaced wherever possible, or will be accepted back at our cost for a full refund (provided the item has not been tampered with or damaged by the buyer).

Any goods which are over 30 days old and develop a fault would usually be covered under warranty. Most new items are provided with a Manufacturer's warranty, usually for 12 months (or longer for some items) and we would initially recommend contacting the manufacturer for support to get any issues resolved as they would be best suited to get it repaired / replaced with the least amount of inconvenience and time. Should a manufacturer not be able to assist you directly, we will arrange to have the item back from you and repaired or replaced with the manufacturer, then returned to you as soon as we can. We will always assist you with dealing with the manufacturers if you need help, please just ask.

Any used or refurbished items would usually be provided with a 'Return to Base' or 'RTB' warranty with us (the duration varies depending on the item; please see the item page for warranty info). Should one of these products develop a fault within the warranty period, you would deal directly with Ticknology (UK) Ltd to get it resolved. Please get in touch with us and we will arrange to have the item back and will get it repaired or replaced if possible. Should the item not be repairable and a replacement item is not available, we will offer an equivalent alternative if we have one, or a refund if not. The refunded amount would usually be the full item price if it is returned complete, but if any parts are missing the amount refunded may be less. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Any items which have been physically damaged by the buyer will not be covered by warranty of any kind.

As with all retailers, this returns and warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights.
